Miss Smith was a member of the Saint Luke Missionary Baptist Church. She was a graduate of the Marianna High School Class of 2009. Miss Smith was employed at Marianna Health & Rehabilitation Center where she was a Certified Nurse’s Assistant. To know her was to love her.

Homegoing Celebration of Life services will be held on Saturday, May 6, 2017 at 1:00 PM from the sanctuary of the Saint Luke Missionary Baptist Church located at 2871 Orange Street in Marianna, Florida 32448 with the Reverend Riley J. Henderson (pastor) officiating. Interment in the Orange Hill Cemetery in Marianna, Florida. Vann Funeral Home in charge.

Miss Smith will lie in repose from 12:00 Noon until time for the service.

A viewing will be held on Friday, May 5, 2017 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Vann Funeral Home.

Homegoing Celebration of Life services were held Saturday, April 8, 2017 at 12:00 Noon from the sanctuary of the Second West Baptist Association located at 4110 Herring Street Marianna Florida with Bishop Flavious Pittman (pastor), Minister Ken Granger, the Reverend Leroy Hall officiating. Interment was in the Bethlehem Cemetery Vann Funeral Home in charge.

Mr. Quinton DeWayne Yon, affectionately known as Flash, of Cottondale, Florida transitioned from life temporal to life eternal on Monday, July 31, 2017 in Marianna Health & Rehabilitation Center.

Mr. Yon was a member of Henshaw Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church. He was employed at Sunland at Marianna. He worked for many years at Jackson Hospital. 

Celebration of Life Services will be held on Saturday, August 5, 2017 at 4:00 PM from the sanctuary of the Henshaw Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church located at 2730 Glastel Street in Cottondale, Florida with the Reverend Lawrence Gantt (pastor) officiating, Interment in the Bethlehem Cemetery.
